These may be applied singly or in pairs (provided the two proteins are well-separated on the column and can clearly be distinguished by some other technique such as spectroscopy or electrophoresis). In selecting standards it is important that they are comparable to the sample protein under investigation (i.e. that they have the same general shape characteristics).

However, after you create any AutoLISP routine and save it under either name, you can add additional routines to the same file. AutoCAD automatically loads these files, as long as they exist.
